Prosperity affirmations are nothing more than a tool to help attract the things you want, the person you intend to become, and the life circumstances you desire.

An affirmation works by stating a belief, habit, attitude or action into your subconscious mind. The goal for this method is to make what you are repeating into a believable truth.

Like I have stated before, the subconscious mind cannot reject anything that you let in. The thoughts you think, the feelings you feel, and the actions you take, all have an effect on your subconscious. Your subconscious mind is the driving force behind your behaviors and results. When you become consciously aware of how the subconscious works, you begin to take power over yourself and filter what comes in the subconscious and what stays out.

Repeating prosperity affirmations are a way to communicate with your subconscious mind. These affirmations are telling your mind “this is who you are, this is what you have, and these are your circumstances.”

To make prosperity affirmations most effective you should root the words with actions and feelings. Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe it can achieve.”

Taking your affirmations and attaching feelings and actions begins to make the circumstance more believable to your mind. When you believe it, before you can see it, only then will you achieve it.

Repeating “I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire” is all fine and dandy, but you can say those words until the cows come home and nothing will happen until you start preparing to become a millionaire.

Picture it this way, if you won 20 million dollars from the lottery and the check is on its way, you are not going to keep repeating to yourself “I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire.” There's no way! You already are. You're going to prepare for what you are going to do with the money once it arrives.

If you want to be a “money magnet”, what are you doing to become a money magnet? How are you preparing for all this money? What service are you providing?

If you say, “I am now having the perfect relationship with my ideal, dream mate”, who do you have to become to attract that ideal mate? What qualities do you want in that mate?

The law of attraction states that like attracts like. If you want to become a millionaire, you have to be in harmony with earning a million dollars.

• How do millionaires think? What do millionaires do?
• How do they feel?
• How can I provide better quality service?
• How can I provide more quantity of service?
• How can I get my service into other markets?
• What about going National?
• Going International?
• Maybe go Global?

In your relationships, if you want that ideal, dream mate, you have to first be that ideal dream mate. Do you get it? If you want a sexy, honest, loyal, open, healthy and fit, trustworthy relationship, you have to be all of those qualities to attract that person.

Same thing applies with money. Money is attracted to prosperous and abundant thoughts of creativity, enthusiasm, power, fluidness, energy, service and being alive. Become those qualities and you will start receiving money in abundance from any source that you are open too.

I like prosperity affirmations because they begin to put you in a positive vibration to attract what you want. A few key points I want to cover when using prosperity affirmations.

First, write them down and write them in the present tense. Start with “I am now.... (complete the sentence).” Writing in the present tense tells your mind this is happening now, I am experiencing this right now.

Finally, what action are you going to take with in the next 24 hours that will move you towards this goal? Be bold and take some course of action. It doesn't matter how small, even if it's putting $25.00 into a financial freedom checking account.
