Hi. My name is Nick Pfennigwerth and I'm the author of creative wealth building. I created this site with a vision to help people understand that they have unlimited potentiality and possibility to be the creator of their life.

When you realize that you have the power to create your circumstances, you become truly blessed and can live the life of your dreams. My job here is to awaken you to the power that lies within you and help you apply it into your everyday life.

I want you to understand and know how to apply the timeless methods on how to create financial wealth, prosperous relationships, extraordinary health, and a powerful mind. As you may notice, all of my articles are free to read and provide valuable insight about building wealth.

Now, as for me, I've been an entrepreneur for over five years now. I've experienced it all---from living in poverty to financial wealth back to poverty (not as bad as before) and now I'm creating and maintaining wealth again.

In those dark days, I realized that the formula to success is creating wealth in all areas of your life and to grow from the inside out. I understood that if I wanted to lead a fabulous and impacting life, I had to become a big enough person to handle those circumstances.

Who Is Nick and Where Did He Come From?

That's it! Wow, how boring is that! To make matters even worse I decided to get a sales job selling commercial spots for Adelphia Cable, who at the time was lead by “two criminals” being investigated for fraud. I guess job security was out of the question for me :)

Eventually, I was fed up with making cold calls and trying to sell a product that just didn't inspire me. The job opportunity and career ladder in that company would take decades and I still probably wouldn't of made six figures by that point.

Does anybody know what I felt like? Maybe some of you are at that point right now?

Then one day in the year 2004 I decided I had enough. I put in my resignation and went off to start my own business, Real Estate Investing. Why? Because that's where the money is, right?

So I started this real estate investing business and leaped into great success. Most stories you hear are nightmares when individuals first start their own business, but not mine.

I invested countless hours and hundred dollar bills into training, seminars, and trial and error.

I built, remodeled, sold, and rented houses as my living. I was serving a lot of customers and buying houses on a monthly basis. To me, I was having great success.

However, as I have learned, with great success always comes great challenges. If you study the laws of the universe, you will see how this is true.

Back then, I wasn't mentally prepared for greater challenges. When I started to lose my grip, my business lost it's grip. Ultimately, I ended up failing with my Real Estate business because I couldn't handle the growth. I also couldn't handle the emotional roller coaster of earning tens of thousands of dollars one day and then losing tens of thousands of dollars the next day.

I was working hard, very hard everyday trying to please tenants, writing checks, calling contractors, fixing things, advertising, and trying to make everyone happy.

This led to my business crash and my own personal crash. I was met with defeat and it felt liked being tossed in the ocean with open sores all over my body (I know, sounds graphic). However, out of the muck of the mire grows the 1,000 petal lotus flower--a symbol of enlightenment, and I bounced back.

You Can Learn From My Mistakes...

I used my failure to its benefit. Instead of blaming the situation on the economy, tenants, homeowners, and my business partner, I ask myself, “How did I create all of this?”

Well, when I asked that question, answers started flowing to me and I realized that all the bad situations happening to me were completely my fault. Somewhere in the past I made the choice to think in a certain way, feel a certain way, and take that particular course of action.

So, what did I do? I became highly involved in the personal growth arena. I wanted answers on why things happen the way they do. I involved myself in a two year trial and error of different goals, personal experiments, and work environments. I would read about 3-5 personal growth books a month.

I was constantly learning about financial wealth, health, relationships, mental capabilities, and spirituality. Some stuff was practical, a lot of the material was spiritual.

I never considered myself a spiritual person, but after years of study and practice I learned that we are all spiritual people. So what did I do----I became spiritual. :) No, I didn't wear long white robes, eat legumes, and burn incense uncontrollably, instead I wore suits, shaved everyday, and rocked out to the Dave Matthews Band.

What I'm getting at is that once you understand how the universe works and where all things come from, you become totally secure with yourself and live in abundance.

My Need to Succeed...

What I wanted seemed impossible to achieve. I wanted to live a fulfilling career, make an impact in peoples lives, I wanted financial freedom, and to work easily and effortlessly.

As I stated before, I was tired of working 7 days a week for 10 to 12 hours per day. I was tired of just working to earn money. I wanted more!

However, given my current financial mess from my failed real estate business, all of those “wants” seemed so far away.

I definitely didn't want a j.o.b (just over broke) again.

All I could think of doing was helping friends and families with insights about how to create what they want--- a fulfilling and wealthy life. So, that's what I did. I gave away my wisdom and knowledge just to help people. The best part is....I received tons of personal satisfaction from it and I wasn't even getting paid!

Then one night, I was sitting in my favorite chair thinking that I really wanted to go big with my wealth concept. I knew people needed to hear what I had to say. Everyone wants wealth, but they may just not know it yet.

So I set a big goal. That goal is: to become a world-wide entrepreneur and help millions of people per day realize their fullest potential and achieve their dreams.

However, as soon as I thought that, another thought tumbled into my mind saying, “This niche is so competitive, how am I ever going to make an impact in this industry.”

So as I was sitting there, thinking to myself that if becoming a world-wide personal growth speaker, writer, and entrepreneur is my true passion, and if my heart is in the right place, then nothing could stop me.

Then, a quote from Napoleon Hill popped into my head saying,

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive
and believe it can achieve.”

Napoleon Hill was mentored by Andrew Carnegie and Mr. Hill became one of the most successful personal growth teachers in history.

I decided to live my passion and I was going to do whatever it takes to succeed. But how? How was I going to get the timeless wisdom of wealth and success to millions of people across the world fast? I mean, I know my strategies work because I've seen hundreds of people, including myself, succeed by using them.
